World Ski Orienteering Championships in Sweden in 2011
The IOF Council has appointed Sweden organiser of the 2011 World Ski Orienteering Championships. The competitions will be organised in March 2011 in Härjedalen.
The local organiser has previously organised World Cup events, Junior World Championships and World Masters Championships in ski orienteering.
Junior World Ski Orienteering Championships 2011 were awarded to Norway. The events will be held in conjunction with the European Championships 31 January - 6 February 2011 in Lillehammer.
